The Service Charge is to cover the added overhead cost involved in servicing a catered event.
Examples of these costs are Staff Salaries; uniforms; truck and van maintenance and insurance; food transportation equipment and supplies. Disposable tableware; buffet table linen and buffet equipment.
The buffet is set elegantly. We will set the tables and assign professional and trained servers to your tables. We clean everything back down to the bare tables.
Gratuities for excellent service are greatly appreciated by your event staff, however they are completely at your discretion.
