Vegetarian Pasta Cappe Sante – Linguini sautéed in olive oil and garlic with fresh asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, and artichokes, finished with a touch of tomato sauce and white wine. Includes tossed garden salad, sauce and garnish, and fresh baked breads with butter.

Vegetarian Pepper Pesto Lasagna – Roasted red pepper pesto lasagna with grilled seasonal vegetables and Kalamata olives. Includes sauce and garnish, tossed garden salad, and fresh baked breads with butter.

Vegetarian Portabella Parmesan – Portabella mushroom parmesan served with spicy garden vegetable marinara, accompanied by pasta. Includes tossed garden salad and fresh baked breads with butter.

Vegetarian Strudel – Roasted vegetable strudel with assorted wild mushrooms, sweet onion, asparagus, and sun-dried tomatoes with chèvre cheese, topped with a roasted red pepper cream sauce. Includes tossed garden salad, garnish, and fresh baked breads with butter.
