Atlantic Salmon Filet – Grilled Atlantic salmon filets, served on a bed of spinach with lemon butter sauce.

Baked Salmon with Shrimp en Croûte – Pacific salmon and Alaskan bay shrimp wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown.

Salmon en Croûte Baked – Grilled Atlantic salmon wrapped in puff pastry, finished with hollandaise sauce.

Grilled Filet of Salmon – Simply grilled salmon topped with a basil-lime compound butter.


Cod & Whitefish

Broiled Boston Schrod – Topped with an herb crumb crust and lemon butter sauce.

Cod à la Oscar – Icelandic cod filets topped with crabmeat, asparagus, and hollandaise.

Cod Royal – Icelandic cod filets with crabmeat, béarnaise sauce, and almonds.

Fish Fry Wisconsin Style – Atlantic cod filets, crispy breaded.

Whitefish – Lake Superior whitefish baked with lemon, white wine, and brown butter.

Scrod Four Seasons – Baby cod filets baked and topped with a sauté of fresh peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes.

Grilled Tuna – Sesame-crusted tuna with honey-ginger soy glaze, finished with lemon crown.

Shrimp Four Seasons – Jumbo shrimp baked with lemon, garlic, and white wine, topped with a sauté of bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes.

Shrimp French Fried Jumbo – Butterflied jumbo shrimp, hand-breaded with oriental breadcrumbs, served with spicy cocktail sauce.

Shrimp Southwestern – Southwestern-spiced jumbo prawns, pan-seared with orange cilantro sauce.
