Chef’s Bars & Interactive Stations
Chef Bars are an exciting way to incorporate food as entertainment into your next event! Stations can be sprinkled around the reception area to encourage circulation, social interaction, and a fun dining experience.
Barbecue & Grill Bars
Barbecue Meats Bar – Marinated & grilled chicken breast filet, house-smoked beef brisket, pulled pork with spicy barbecue sauce. Served with lettuce, chopped onion, tomatoes, and assorted home-made rolls with butter.
Grill Skewer Bar – Skewered chicken breast, Hoisin grass-fed beef flank steak, green onion glaze, and Mediterranean vegetables.
Grilled Fajita Bar – Seasoned beef and chicken with corn and flour tortillas. Includes refried beans, Spanish rice, roasted peppers & onions, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and house-made tortilla chips and salsa.
Grilled Flatbread Bar – Assorted flatbreads buttered and grilled with toppings including portabella mushrooms, sliced ham, vegetables, cheeses, pesto, onions, tomato salsa, and more.
Wings Bar – Plain and breaded wings with a variety of sauces. Served with celery, carrot sticks, blue cheese, and ranch dip.
Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Station – Assorted toasted sandwiches with portabella mushrooms, sliced ham, vegetables, cheeses, served with hot tomato soup for dipping.
Salad & Cold Bars
California Salad Bar – Mixed field greens with blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, red onion, candied almonds, Italian pesto vinaigrette, tomato & basil salad, fresh mozzarella, baby spinach with bacon, and olives with virgin olive oil.
Continental Salad Bar – Caesar salad with traditional accompaniments, organic mixed greens with three homemade dressings, roasted pepper & basil cucumber salad, marinated artichoke & mushroom salad, vine-ripened tomato & mozzarella.
The Big Salad Bowl – Mixed organic garden greens with a variety of cheeses, seeds, vegetables, dried fruits, proteins, bacon, and homemade dressings.
Fresh Chilled Seafood Bar / Iced Seafood Bar – Iced display of the freshest seafood including Thai-marinated scallops, wild Gulf shrimp, smoked trout with crackers, Canadian snow crab claws, and Thai seafood salad on Boston lettuce.
Olive Oil Bar – Fresh baked bread with a variety of delicious olive oils for dipping.
Mexican & Southwestern Bars
Handmade Taco Bar – Grilled beef carnitas, cilantro onion chicken, and poblano chili queso. Served with tortillas and toppings including shredded lettuce, cheese, cilantro, tomatoes, black olives, corn salsa, sour cream, and mild/spicy salsas.
Guacamole Bar – Freshly prepared guacamole with crisp corn tortillas, crostini, green salsa, tomato-cilantro salsa, crab & corn relish, and spicy black bean salsa.
Mexican Nacho & Burrito Bar – Crisp corn and flour tortillas with seasoned beef, cilantro chicken, black beans, pinto beans, con queso dip, cheese, peppers, onions, black olives, corn salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
Mexican Chips & Salsa Bar – Assorted chips with salsa ranging from mild to spicy.
Mexican Fajitas Bar – Grass-fed flank steak, chicken breast, and shrimp sautéed with bell peppers, carrots, onions, beans, rice, salsa, chips, sour cream, guacamole, and soft flour & corn tortillas.
Pasta, Biscuits & Comfort Food Bars
Italian Pasta Bar – Penne pasta with tangy marinara & creamy Alfredo sauces, Italian sausage, seasoned grilled chicken, seasonal vegetable medley, grated parmesan, and fresh baked rolls with butter.
Loaded Biscuit Bar – Buttermilk and herb biscuits with toppings including sausage gravy, Italian gravy, maple gravy, sriracha aioli, garlic aioli, diced tomatoes, and scallions.
Macaroni & Cheese Bar – Gemini and elbow pasta with two Wisconsin cheese sauces, caramelized onions, crisp bacon, ham, broccoli, tomatoes, assorted cheeses, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, and green onions.
Mashed Potato / Smashed Potato Bar – Garlic herb or red-skinned potatoes with toppings such as butter, chives, sour cream, garlic butter, bacon, black olives, cheeses, sautéed mushrooms, beef, chicken & pepper gravies.
Southern Biscuit Bar – Served with whipped local honey butter, assorted honeys, and jams.
Interactive / Specialty Bars
Medley of Dips Bar – Roasted garlic hummus, roasted red pepper spread, spinach-artichoke-cheese dip, crab & artichoke dip. Served with toasted pita crisps, Moroccan flatbreads, and colorful crudités.
Popcorn Bar – Assorted popcorn, seasonings, sweet mix-ins, butter. Guests can take some home in paper bags. Large & small popcorn machines available.
Sate Bar – Choice of three sates: chicken breast, grass-fed flank steak, shrimp, pork, or vegetarian. Served skewered with bamboo sticks, accompanied by dips and glazes, with grilled pita bread.
Warm Pretzel Bar – Soft or twisted warm pretzels with a variety of dips and homemade sauces.
Simmering Homemade Soup Bar – Three steaming homemade soups with toppings, served with oyster crackers.
Soup’s On Ice Bar – Chilled soups served in compotes with assorted toppings. Options: white gazpacho with grapes & almonds, tomato gazpacho with grilled shrimp & cilantro oil, red grape tomato gazpacho with basil & charred eggplant, gingered carrot soup, minted pea soup, or market berry soup with crème fraîche.
Shrimp & Grits Bar – North Carolina-style grits with garlic-roasted shrimp, bacon, chives, cheddar, and herb butter.
Silver Dollar Sandwich Bar – Carved beef, turkey, and ham. Guests build mini sandwiches with cheeses, mustards, mayo, pickles, onions, hot & mild peppers.
Slider Bar – Choice of 2–3 proteins: grass-fed burgers, pulled pork, sliced turkey, buffalo pulled chicken, beef brisket, BBQ beef, hot sliced ham, Italian sausage patties. Served on slider buns & pretzel rolls with pickles, onions, cheeses, and sauces.
