Catering Service Note

Many event venues offer limited—or no—kitchen and service areas. It is essential to choose a catering service equipped to safely and professionally prepare your food on-site. Many caterers pre-cook food, hold it in warming boxes, and deliver it to events where it sits until serving time. We do not operate that way.

We own a fleet of refrigerated box trucks equipped with ovens, allowing us to cook fresh on-site. Our Mobile Kitchen includes everything needed for flawless culinary execution, including a 16 ft. trailer grill, a competition smoker capable of cooking 700 lbs. of meat, and professional equipment such as convection ovens, Mongolian grills, induction/propane burners, and carving stations. This ensures your event food is fresh, safe, and served at peak quality.
